Seltzer makes a wonderfully fun and foamy treat when added to blender drinks. Try lots of combinations: peaches, pineapple chunks, whatever!!!
Yield: 1 serving
|1 vanilla yogurt or low-fat milk|
1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup seltzer
1. Combine yogurt and strawberries in a blender.
2. Cover and mix well.
3. Add seltzer; blend 2 to 3 seconds to mix.
4. Pour into a tall glass. Be prepared for it to foam up.
