BROILED FISH DIJON
Simple but tasty with that classic Dijon flavor.
Yield: 2 Serving
|1 pound fish fillets|
1 to 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard, and then spread the mixture on top of the fish.
2. Briol the fish 4" to 6" from the heat source for about 5 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
