When you're tired of plain baked chicken, this offers a nice flavor change.
Yield: 1 Serving
|1 piece chicken, skinned|
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1. Place the chicken in a nonstick baking pan or pan that has been treated with cooking spray or lined with foil.
2. Spoon on the honey, coating the chicken with a thin layer.
3. Sprinkle with curry powder.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Total Calories per serving: 200 (based on a 4oz. cooked breast meat)
