Go Buckeyes!

April 2, 2012

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State women's volleyball team is set to do its part in the fight against Alzheimer's Tuesday as the squad will take on members of the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab Center in a charity match at Pickerington North High School.

The match will be no ordinary match as both teams will be sitting. The members of the Kindred team will play in wheelchairs, while the Buckeyes will be seated in regular seats. To make things more interesting, the teams will play with a beach ball.

The match is set for 7 p.m. and admission is $5 per person, while children under 10 are free. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Alzheimer's Association - Central Ohio Chapter.

The event is organized by the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Pickerington.
