COLUMBUS, Ohio - - The college and open entry deadline for the 2007 Jesse Owens Track and Field Classic has been extended until 5 p.m. May 2. The meet is scheduled for May 5 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. High school entries must be submitted by midnight Friday.

All entries will all go through www.directathletics.com. The meet will have standards for the College/Open sections and will limit entries to 2 per event for the high school events.

The high school portion of the 2007 Jesse Owens Classic will begin at 9 a.m. and run to approximately 2 p.m. College and open events begin at 3:30 p.m.
