EUGENE, Ore. - The Ohio State women’s track & field team crowned four All-Americans on Saturday evening at the NCAA Outdoor Championships held at historic Hayward Field. OSU has now earned First Team All-America honors in the women's 4x400m relay for two consecutive seasons, and just the third time in program history.
Junior Karrington Winters, senior Maggie Barrie, senior Beatrice Hannan and freshman Syaira Richardson placed seventh in the 4x400m relay, clocking in at 3:32.25. USC took Purdue to the wire, earning the event title at a time of 3:27.06 and helping propel the Trojans to a team title with 53 points, edging out Georgia at 52 points.
The 4x400m final finish gave the OSU women’s team two points, finishing tied for 56th.
