Columbus, Ohio— This weekend, 1,800 of the best swimmers the United States has to offer will descend on Omaha, Nebraska to compete for a spot on Team USA and a chance to swim at the Olympic Games in Rio. One of the biggest sporting events around, the Olympic Trials give so many swimmers a chance to reach the pinnacle of athletics.

With 34 qualifiers, Ohio State will have one of the largest collections of competitors in Omaha.

The list below contains the entire list of Buckeyes (including a few recent graduates) who will be swimming for a shot at Olympic glory:

With one of the biggest collections of swimmers attending the Trials, it’s apparent that the Scarlet and Gray will be well represented in Omaha. Historically, Ohio State aquatics teams have sent over a 100 student-athletes to the Olympic games, with the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams accounting for over 60 of those.

Running from June 26-July 3, the US Olympic Trials are routinely one of the biggest sporting events in the entire country. Every second of exciting competition will be televised on the NBC family of networks, so you’ll be able to follow the Buckeyes’ every stroke this week:
