Loy registers highest finish of the day for the Buckeyes in the 100 freestyle

As a sophomore (2017): Academic All-Big Ten and OSU Scholar Athlete … honorable mention All-American as a member of the 200 freestyle relay, her first appearance at NCAA Championships … swam at Big Ten Championships in three events: 50, 100, and 200 freestyle … her best individual finish came in the 50 free (13th place, 22.75) … second team All-Big Ten … had the fastest times in three events among OSU underclassmen: 50, 100, and 200 freestyle … competed in primarily freestyle events as a sophomore

As a freshman (2016): Competed at the 2016 Big Ten Championships in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and 100 breaststroke … made her Buckeye debut against Ohio on Oct. 23, swimming in three events … earned her first event victory in the dual meet against Kenyon on Oct. 30, winning the 50 free with a time of 24.04 … placed first in the 100 freestyle against Denison on Nov. 6 (53.09).
