As a freshman (2013): Earned a trip to the 2013 Big Ten Championships, competing in the 200 backstroke, 200 individual medley and 400 individual medley ... held the third-fastest 200 backstroke time (1:57.38) as well as the second-fastest in the 400 individual medley (4:15.66) for the Buckeyes ... took 10th at Big Tens in the 400 individual medley with a personal-best time of 4:15.66 ... also posted a personal-best in the 200 individual medley at the conference meet, touching in 2:00.87.

Background:An all-state high school swimmer at J.L.
