Ohio State Women's Soccer Alumni Questionnaire

The Ohio State University Women's Soccer program participated in their inaugural season in 1993. We would like to extend this opportunity to all of our former student-athletes and alumnae to become members of our database and join our email list. We will be using this email list to keep you updated on current events in OSU Women's Soccer, including our newsletter as well as in season updates. We would also like to establish our own Employment Database in order to use as a recruiting tool as well as to keep our alums updated and connected with each other. Other than employment information, none of your personal information will be shared with current, former, or prospective student-athletes.
