COLUMBUS, Ohio - The fifth-seeded Ohio State women’s soccer team lost to No 4-seed Minnesota, 2-0, in the quarterfinal round of the Big Ten Women’s Soccer Tournament Friday at Bloomington, Ind.

Minnesota attacked at 29:32 when Megan Johnson put the ball into the back of the net on a Nicole Lee shot that bounced off the goal. Early in the second half, Lee gave the Gophers their second goal of the game with assists from Keely Dinse and Dana Larson.

The Buckeyes finish their season with a 12-6-2 overall record and a 5-4-1 record in the Big Ten.
