COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s soccer team was picked fourth in the Big Ten preseason coaches’ poll, the conference office announced Wednesday. In addition, senior captain Megan Fuller along with freshmen Lindsay Agnew and Nichelle Prince were named players to watch.

Penn State enters the season as the conference favorite, followed by Michigan, Illinois, Ohio State, and Wisconsin.

Fuller has made 68 career starts as a defender, tallying 13 assists and leading the Buckeyes in minutes played each of the last two seasons. Agnew and Prince are both freshman forwards who recently returned from Denmark where they competed in exhibitions with the Canadian U-20 national team.

After an exhibition against Miami, Fla., Aug. 16 in Columbus, the Buckeyes open their 2013 campaign at 7 p.m. Aug. 23 against Morehead State at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
