2012 (Freshman Season) - Split time between the First Novice Eight and Second Novice Eight throughout the season ... earned first career Buckeye win over Notre Dame (7:08.12-7:15.94) at Griggs Reservoir on March 24 with the First Novice Eight ... followed that outing with a pair of wins at home on March 31 over No. 7 Yale (6:54.32-7:03.48) and No. 11 Michigan State (6:51.31-7:01.47) ... placed first against Minnesota with a time of 7:14.9 in Bloomington, Ind. on April 7 ... tallied wins over No. 3 Michigan and No. 19 Clemson in 7:01.80 with the Second Novice Eight at Griggs Reservoir on April 28 ... placed second with the Second Novice Eight at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 6:49.145.

Prior to Ohio State - Member of St. Ignatius rowing team (2009-11) ... named MVP (2010).
