2012 (Freshman Season) - Saw action in every race of the season ... coxed the Third Varsity Eight to a win in the opening race of the season, defeating Notre Dame (7:04.52-7:24.46) at Griggs Reservoir on March 24 ... coxed the Third Varsity Four on March 31 at Griggs Reservoir, defeating No. 9 Michigan (7:16.67-7:37.70) in the morning session, and No. 11 Michigan State and No. 9 Michigan in the afternoon session after crossing the line in 7:25.20 ... captained the Second Varsity Four on April 14 at Griggs Reservoir, defeating Michigan and Oklahoma in both the morning and afternoon sessions with times of 7:40.85 and 7:49.63, respectively ... tallied two wins with the First Varsity Four over No. 14 Harvard and No. 19 Clemson with a time of 7:38.47 on April 28 at Griggs Reservoir ... led the crew to a Big Ten Championship in Indianapolis on May 13 with a time of 7:01.815 ... won the program's first ever NCAA Championship at Lake Mercer, N.J. on May 27, crossing the line in 7:13.09.

Prior to Ohio State - Rowed stroke for four years and served as coxswain for one with Westerville Rowing Club under head coach Trish Chase (2006-11) ... won nationals three times (2008, 2009 and 2011) ... took bronze at Head of the Hooch ... awarded four varsity pins.

Personal - Daughter of Scott and Maria ... has a younger sister, Olivia ... plans to attend graduate school and spend time in the Peace Corps after graduation ... enjoys photography, reading and writing ... cites greatest sports thrill as qualifying for nationals her freshman year in high school; the young group dedicated their qualifying race to a coach who passed away earlier in the season, Aaron Brookhart.
