Rowed as a member of the First and Second Novice Eight throughout the season ... opened the season rowing for the first novice eight with a second-place finish (7:11.90) to Michigan at the OSU Invitational at Griggs Reservoir March 29 ... defeated Iowa (7:38.7-7:43.3) at the Big Ten Challenge with the second novice eight April 12 in Iowa City, Iowa ... claimed two second-place finishes at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in Ann Arbor, Mich., April 19, both to Michigan in times of 7:33.6 and 7:21.09 ... earned two second-place finishes as a member of the first novice eight May 3 at Belleville Lake in Ann Arbor, Mich., the first (7:40.14) behind Michigan State and the second (8:22.07) behind Louisville ... placed second at the 2014 Big ten Championships at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Ind., with a time of 7:09.18.
