2012 (Freshman Season) - Rowed as a member of the Second Varsity Eight in every race of the season ... earned first career Buckeye win over Notre Dame (6:37.70-6:44.25) at Griggs Reservoir on March 24 ... defeated No. 7 Yale (6:25.25-6:34.66) and No. 11 Michigan State (6:29.10-6:47.45) at Griggs Reservoir on March 31 ... placed first against Wisconsin (6:57.4-7:09.1) and Minnesota (6:59.6-7:11.1) at the Big Ten Duals on April 7... crossed the line in 6:48.20 to capture a win against Oklahoma on April 14 in the morning session at Griggs Reservoir ... followed that performance with wins over Oregon State and Tennessee in the afternoon session with a time of 7:00.40 ... placed first against No. 14 Harvard and No. 19 Clemson at Griggs Reservoir on April 28 with a time of 6:49.20 ... placed second at the Big Ten Championships (May 13) with a time of 6:32.025 ... placed second (6:38.94) at the NCAA Championships (May 25-27), matching the crew's previous best NCAA performance (2008) ...
