2014 (Junior Season): Placed second behind Michigan with the first varsity four at Griggs Reservoir on March 29… finished second behind Michigan but ahead of Stanford (7:19.08) with the first varsity four at the Oregon State Classic in Lowell, Ore., on April 5 … claimed first place (7:55.20) with the second varsity four over No. 19 Louisville, Indiana and Iowa at Lake MacBride in Iowa City April 12 … defeated No. 9 Notre Dame (7:31.90-7:52.15) April 19 at Belleville Lake in Ann Arbor, Mich., with the second varsity four … captured two wins in the regular season finale with the second varsity four at Belleville Lake in Ann Arbor, Mich., the first (7:40.40) over Michigan State and the second (8:12.93) over No. 17 Louisville … earned a gold medal with the second varsity four at the 2014 Big Ten Championships at Eagle Creek Park in Indianapolis, Ind., with a time of 7:34.32.
2013 (Sophomore Season): Did not compete for the Buckeyes.
2012 (Freshman Season): Rowed as a member of the First Novice Eight in every competition of the season ... earned first career Buckeye win over Notre Dame (7:08.12-7:15.94) at Griggs Reservoir (March 24) ... followed that outing with a pair of wins at home (March 31) over No. 7 Yale (6:54.32-7:03.48) and No. 11 Michigan State (6:51.31-7:01.47) ... placed first against Minnesota with a time of 7:14.9 in Bloomington, Ind. on April 7 ... earned win over Oklahoma (7:06.80-7:08.99) during the morning session at Ann Arbor, Mich. on April 14 ... defeated No. 19 Clemson (7:15.27-7:27.10) at Griggs Reservoir on April 28 ... captured a Big Ten title with the First Novice Eight (May 13) ... crew sounded the horn with a time of 6:40.67.
Prior to Ohio State: Played four years of basketball at Ursuline Academy.
