Columbus, Ohio— The Ohio State University women’s lacrosse team announced its fall ball schedule on Thursday.
Head Coach Alexis Venechanos and her squad start their fall run on this Sunday, October 1 when they take on the Marquette Golden Eagles. The game will take place at Zionsville High School in Zionsville, Indiana.
The women return to Columbus to host the Buckeye Lacrosse Classic on Sunday, October 8. Both Robert Morris and Niagara will participate in the Buckeye Lacrosse Classic. A map showing where to park, as well as game time information is included at the bottom of this story.
The Buckeyes are set to spend the following weekend in Maryland, first taking on the Towson Tigers in Towson on Friday October 13, and then heading to Annapolis for the Navy Invitational on October 14.
A trip to the bluegrass state awaits the team on Saturday October 21, as they head to Louisville to play the Cardinals.
Finally, the team wraps up their fall games with the annual alumni game on Friday, October 27.
"We're looking forward to competing this fall against teams spread out over the Midwest and also the East Coast, said Venechanos. "There's already been a great deal of growth in the short time we have been on campus and I'm looking forward to watching us grow together throughout the fall."
