Columbus, Ohio- The Ohio State University women’s hockey team is ranked tenth in this week’s USCHO.com Division I Women’s Poll.

The Buckeyes are off to a 4-0-0 start and are coming off a sweep of Minnesota Duluth in Duluth. It is just the third time in the history of the program that the Buckeyes have won its first four games of a season, the others coming in 2005-06 and 2010-11. Ohio State, who plays host to No. 6 North Dakota at the OSU Ice Rink, Oct. 12-13, has never started 5-0-0.

Along with No. 10 Ohio State and No. 6 North Dakota, the WCHA is also represented by Minnesota, who stays put at No. 1, getting all 15 first-place votes, and No. 4 Wisconsin. Minnesota Duluth and Minnesota State each received a vote.
