2016-17: All-WCHA Academic Team honoree … played in 35 games as a junior, scoring three goals and dishing out 12 assists, third-most on the team … blocked 92 shots, the most on the team and second-most in the NCAA … blocked a shot in all but one game this season, including a season-high of eight on Feb. 25 in a WCHA Playoff game against North Dakota … tied a career-high with two assists in the 4-2 win over Minnesota State on Feb. 11 … had two points, a goal and an assist, in the 6-0 win at Penn State on Jan. 7 … tallied an assist and was a career-best +4 on the ice in the 6-0 win over the Nittany Lions … scored her third goal of the season on Jan. 14 at home against Bemidji State … had an assist in each game of Ohio State’s sweep against Lindenwood on Nov. 4-5 … had an assist in three straight games in the first half of the season: Nov. 18-19 at Minnesota State and Dec. 2 at home against North Dakota … assisted on the game-tying goal in a 1-1 tie at No. 1 Wisconsin on Oct. 8 … added an assist on Ohio State’s first goal of the game in its 3-2 overtime win over North Dakota on Feb. 24 in game one of their WCHA Playoff series … the weekend before she had an assist in the 4-2 win over the Fighting Hawks on Feb. 17 … put 86 shots on net, second-most on the team … twice fired off a season-best six shots: Jan. 14 against Bemidji State and Jan. 21 in the shootout win at Minnesota … was a combined +7 on the ice during the course of Ohio State’s weekend sweep at Penn State
2015-16: Skated in all 36 games for Ohio State, tallying four goals and dishing out 18 assists … her 22 points were the seventh-most by a defensemen in the WCHA this season … her first point of the year came in a 3-2 win over Lindenwood on Oct. 3, an assist … had two point streaks of at least four games: Oct. 16-Nov. 6 (five games) and Jan. 22-30 (four games), the latter of which she had seven points in just four games … led the team with six multi-point efforts, including the win over top-10 opponent North Dakota on Feb. 19 during which she had the game-winning goal … a season-best +3 against Minnesota State on Jan. 23 … scored the game-winning goal against the Mavericks on Oct. 24
2014-15: Appeared in 21 games during her debut season for the Buckeyes... notched two points on the season, one goal and one assist... her collegiate hockey debut came at Wisconsin on Oct. 12... scored her first goal in the team's 6-0 victory over Penn State on Jan. 4... earned an assist on Feb. 7 against Minnesota State in a 6-0 Ohio State victory... her +6 rating was the second-highest on the team.

Played for the Minnesota Jr. Whitecaps hockey program as well as Lakeville North High School in Lakeville, Minn... earned All-State honors her senior season while serving as team captain.
Daughter of Brett and Renee Sadek... has one younger brother, Jack, a member of the University of Minnesota hockey team... cousing Brady Skjei also played hockey at Minnesota and is now a member of the New York Rangers organization... both her father and grandfather played quarterback at Minnesota... lists her greatest sports thrill as having a perfect 44-0 season with her U12 team... off the ice she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as golfing.
