COLUMBUS, Ohio – Sarah Miller, a junior on the No. 19 Ohio State women’s gymnastics team, has been named Big Ten Co-Specialist of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. The award marks the 11th career Big Ten weekly honors for the Collegeville, Pa., native.
Miller won all three events she participated in as Ohio State opened its home slate with a 194.925-194.200 win over Iowa Saturday afternoon. The junior tied for first on vault with a 9.900, won beam with a 9.850 and took first on floor exercise with a season-best 9.925.
Up next, the Buckeyes take on No. 6 Nebraska at 7 p.m. Friday in St. John Arena.
