COLUMBUS, Ohio - Former members of the Ohio State women's golf team competed at the Symetra Classic of the Symetra Tour this past weekend held in Charlotte, N.C., on the par 72, 6,393-yard Raintree Country Club.
The Symetra Tour is known as "the Road to the LPGA" and since 1999, it has been designated as the LPGA's official developmental tour.
Former Buckeye Allison Hanna concluded the tournament tied for third, carding a 6-under 210. Hanna, who played from 2001-04, opened with scores of 66 and 69 before finishing with a 75.
Carling Coffing (2005-08) finished tied for 16th with a 1-under 215 (71-69-75), while Emma Jandel came in tied for 22nd with an even 216 (71-70-75).
