COLUMBUS, OhioThe Ohio State field hockey team announced the addition of 12 members to the 2014 recruiting class. The group includes four forwards, two backs, four midfielders and one goalkeeper. It also features a student-athlete from England and Canada, respectively, both of whom have international playing experience.

“We are very excited to welcome the 2014 class to our program,” said head coach Anne Wilkinson, who will enter her 19th season with the Buckeyes this fall. “The group includes fast and creative forwards along with a balanced and experienced backfield. I believe each one of them will add great strength and depth to our current roster. They come from very competitive programs, which have taught them how to play in and win big games. Most importantly, we are adding exceptional individuals who understand the value of hard work and commitment. They are excited to be Buckeyes, and we’re looking forward to coaching them.”
