AS A JUNIOR (2016)
• Played in and started all 17 games.
• Key member of defensive unit that totaled three shutouts: vs. Ohio (Sept. 4), at Ball State (Oct. 3) and at Indiana (Oct. 21).
• Recorded a Big Ten-best six defensive saves, eighth most in single-season history.
• Stopped two shots at No. 6 Louisville (Sept. 18) and one each against No. 7 Wake Forest (Sept. 2), Ohio (Sept. 4), Kent State (Sept. 30) and No. 5 Penn State (Oct. 6).
• Averaged 65.5 minutes per game and played all 70 minutes on 12 occasions.
• Participated in the USA Field Hockey Young Women’s High Performance Tournament.

• Started all 17 games that she played in.
• Was an anchor of the Buckeyes’ back line of defense.
• Tops in the Big Ten and second nationally with eight defensive saves.
• As a unit, Ohio State’s defense finished with three shutouts and limited its opponents to 11 or fewer shots in six games.
• Scored the game-winning goal vs. Michigan State and had an assist vs. Ohio to earn Big Ten Co-Defensive Player of the Week honors on Sept. 22.

• Started all 15 games that she played in, including eight contests against Big Ten foes.
• One of five newcomers to start in every game she appeared in last year.
• Totaled 964 minutes played, an average of 64.2 per game.

• Second team all-state by the Delaware Field Hockey Coaches Association.
• Delaware News Journal Athlete of the Week on Sept. 10 after a one-goal, two-assist performance in the Auks season-opening 4-1 victory over Concord.

• Her club team, Gyphons, was Festival Champions and Rath was the second-leading scorer.
• NIT leading goal-scorer in 2012 for Phoenix.
• Member of NIT champions in 2012.
• First team all-state and team MVP as a defender in lacrosse.
• Selected to the Delaware state all-state team.
• Team leader in groundballs and caused turnovers.
• Team advanced to the state semifinals.

• Daughter of Daniel and Monica Rath.
• Has an older sister, Charlotte, who plays lacrosse at Lafayette.
• Would like to become a sports psychologist and work with a professional team after graduation.
• Enjoys baking, photography and skiing.
