Undergraduate Student Assistant Coach

Berta Queralt will assist the Ohio State field hockey coaching staff in fall of 2013 as an undergraduate student assistant coach. Queralt, a four-year letterwinner as a Buckeye forward from 2009-2012, was a two-time third team NFHCA All-American (2009 and 2010) and became the first freshman in program history to be named an All-American. A four-time All-Big Ten selection and All-Region honoree, Queralt helped lead the squad to three-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, including the program's first NCAA Semifinal in 2010. She guided the Buckeyes to a share of the Big Ten regular season title during her sophomore season. Queralt finished her career at the top of multiple Ohio State record lists, including tied for second in gamewinners (13), second in assists (48), third in points (146) and fifth in goals (49).
