Please follow the instructions below, fill out and submit the following online request form. A representative from the Student-Athlete Support Services Office (SASSO) will follow up with you in reference to your request.
1. Fill out the fields below and click "Submit"
2. All cancellation requests made during business hours (Monday-Friday) will be addressed within 24 hours
3. Once you have received a confirmation email, log into GradesFirst
4. Click My Calendar tab to the far left of your home screen
5. Check your calendar to confirm that the appointment was deleted
6. If the appointment still appears, contact SASSO via email immediately
