2012-13 Ohio State Wrestling Schedule

COLUMBUS, Ohio– All five 2012-13 Ohio State wrestling home matches will be streamed live on either the Big Ten Digital Network or Buckeye Vision. Returning five All-Americans, including 2012 NCAA Champion Logan Stieber, the Buckeyes open their home schedule at 2 p.m. Nov. 18 in St. John Arena vs. Pittsburgh.

The match between the Scarlet and Gray and Panthers will be streamed live on Buckeye Vision. The 2012 Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) Tournament Champions, Pittsburgh concluded the 2011-12 campaign with a pair of All-Americans. A season ago, the Buckeyes downed the Panthers, 22-9, in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Ohio State will host Kent State at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 and that match also will be featured on Buckeye Vision. The Buckeyes won a close 22-15 contest in Kent, Ohio, last season against a Golden Flashes squad that eventually produced one All-American.

The Scarlet and Gray’s next home contest will take place at 7 p.m. Jan. 11 vs. Minnesota. The tilt between Ohio State and Gophers will be streamed live on Big Ten Digital Network. Ohio State dropped a hard-fought 24-13 decision to Minnesota last season. The Gophers eventually finished tied for the Big Ten regular-season title and second in the NCAA championships.

Ohio State’s home meet vs. two-time defending Big Ten and NCAA champion Penn State at 2 p.m. Feb. 10 on the Big Ten Digital Network will conclude the conference schedule.
