• Finished 7-5 overall with  bonus-points wins (three major decisions, one technical fall)
• Went 3-1 at the season-opening Eastern Michigan Open with wins over Jake Walker (Ohio), Randy Caris (Findley) and Tyler Hughes (Lake Erie College)
• Finished fourth at the Purple Raider Open where he went 3-2 with two major decisions and a technical fall
• Outscored his first two opponents at the Purple Raider Open by a combined score of 33-11

2015-16 (Redshirt Sophomore)
• Was the Buckeyes’ starter (184 lbs.) in three duals – vs. Arizona State, at Cleveland State and at Illinois
• Major decision over CSU’s Jacob Worthington (12-4)
• Won twice at the Eastern Michigan Open and three times at the Michigan State Open (sixth place)

• Wrestled in 19 matches during open tournaments, finishing 13-6
