Prior to Ohio State: Member of the French National Team pipeline, highlighted by playing on the U-19 World Championship team in the summer of 2013 ... competed for the U-21 squad in Spring 2014.
Personal: Son of Jacek and Magdalena Szerszen ... older sister, Anna, played volleyball at Ohio State (2006-10) and still ranks in the top-20 all-time for career kills and career points ... father, Jacek, played in the top professional league in Poland ... a pre-engineering major.
