Highlighting the final night of competition at the three-day regional preliminary was the Buckeyes 4x400-meter relay team. Seniors Javon Walker and Jordan Rispress, sophomore Armand Austin and freshman LaMar Bruton combined to place second in their first-round heat and fifth overall in a season-best time of 3:04.15, the fifth-fastest time in school outdoor history.
