COLUMBUS, Ohio – In the first USTA College Tennis rankings of the season, Ohio State finds itself atop the poll.

The Buckeyes have opened the year 5-0 which includes winning the ITA Kickoff Weekend for the 10th straight season. The team features five ranked singles players which is tied for most in the country. Ohio State is also ranked No. 2 in the Oracle/ITA Rankings.

The next week and a half will prove the Buckeyes’ lofty rankings as they will host No. 13 Texas this Saturday, No. 7 Texas A&M next Friday and No. 8 Florida on Feb. 11. The match this Saturday with Texas will be at 1 p.m. at the OSU Varsity Tennis Center.
