COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s lacrosse team will host a three-day swab drive to help Kim Roper, mother of Penn State men’s lacrosse senior Drew Roper (Columbus, Ohio), in her fight against non-Hodgkins lymphoma. She is in need of a bone marrow transplant to fight the disease.
Match4Kim and Be The Match of Ohio are also sponsoring the bone marrow registration drive. Anyone between the ages of 18 and 44 are welcome to become a part of the national registry. Three registration dates have been set up.
Swab Drive Schedule:
Wednesday, Oct. 31: 4-8 p.m. at Younkin Success Center
Friday, Nov. 2: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at either the Ohio Union or the lobby of the RPAC
Saturday, Nov. 3: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. & 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at either the Ohio Union or lobby of the RPAC
