COLUMBUS, Ohio – Tickets for the 2013 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship First Round game between No. 3 seed Ohio State and Towson will go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Buckeyes and Tigers will meet at 3 p.m. Sunday in Ohio Stadium.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for college students with ID and children, with children 6 and under free. All seats are general admission and gates will open at 1:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster HERE, by calling Ticketmaster (800-745-3000), in person at any Ticketmaster outlet or in person at the Ohio State Ticket Office in the southeast corner of the Schottenstein Center. The game marks the first time Ohio State is hosting an NCAA tournament contest. The Buckeyes won the ECAC tournament championship last week with victories against Loyola and Denver to earn the league’s automatic berth into the NCAA tournament. Ohio State, 12-3 on the year and on a six-game winning streak, is ranked a program-record third in both national polls.
The winner of the matchup between Ohio State and Towson advances to the NCAA quarterfinals May 18 at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium in College Park, Md.
