Scarlet vs. Gray Games and Winter Festival Saturday
The Ohio State lacrosse programs are hosting a day of lacrosse Saturday in the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on the Ohio State campus. Admission is FREE.
The day begins with the women’s team hosting its Scarlet vs. Gray Scrimmage from 10-11:30 a.m., with the men’s team playing its Scarlet vs. Gray scrimmage from 12:30-2 p.m.
Between the games, 11:30-12:30, the teams will combine for the Ohio State Lacrosse Winter Festival. The hour-long event will include autographs with the men’s and women’s players, instruction on lacrosse skills with fastest shot, wall ball and interactive games and inflatable games.
A Look Ahead
The men’s lacrosse Buckeyes will host Bucknell in a scrimmage next Saturday (Feb. 4) in their final tune-up before the regular season begins vs. Detroit Thursday, Feb. 9 inside Woody Hayes Athletic Center.
The women’s lacrosse team will open its season Feb. 11 against San Diego State in Palo Alto, Calif., before taking on Stanford the following day on the Cardinal’s home field. Ohio State will open the home season vs. Robert Morris at 2 p.m. Feb. 17 in the WHAC.

Ohio State men’s lacrosse single-game tickets for the first seven home games are now on sale. Tickets for the first three games – vs. Detroit Feb. 9, vs. UMass Feb. 25 and vs. Penn State March 3 – are limited. Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets as sellouts are expected. The games vs. the Minutemen and Nittany Lions will be moved outside to Ohio Stadium if weather conditions permit; however, that determination will not be made until close to gameday.

Admission to all Ohio State women’s lacrosse home games is FREE.
