With the Ohio State hockey 2015-16 season nearing, get to know the Buckeyes.
Janik Möser is a sophomore defenseman from Mannheim, Germany. As a freshman, he played in 23 games for the Buckeyes and had four assists, blocking 18 shots. He represented Germany in the World Junior Championships in both 2014 and 2014 and at the 2012 and 2013 World Under-18 Championships. The economics major played for the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the USHL prior to joining the Buckeyes.

The best thing about being a Buckeye is … having such a big family.
The Buckeyes open the season with an exhibition game Oct. 3 (20 days away), as they host Brock in Value City Arena. The regular season begins with a home-and-home series against Bowling Green Oct. 9-10, with the opening game in Columbus.
