COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State men's golf team heads to Glenview, Ill., to finish the regular season at the Northwestern Spring Invitational April 15-16. The 54-hole tournament will take place on the par 72, 7,149-yard Country Club of Glen and is hosted by Northwestern.

Two sophomores in Boo Timko and Grant Weaver highlight the lineup for the Buckeyes. Joining the pair are freshmen Tee-k Kelly, Michael Bernard and Max Rosenthal. Senior Matt Turner and redshirt sophomore Logan Jones will compete as individuals.

The Ohio State men's golf team finished the final day of the Gary Koch Invitational with a 54-hole score of 904 to tie for 11th on the par 72, 7,389-yard at Old Memorial Golf Course in Tampa.
Freshman Tee-k Kelly led the Buckeyes tied for 43rd with a score of 8-over 224, while sophomore Boo Timko improved on his score from his first day with a 9-over 225 finishing tied for 45th. Timko fired a 1-under 71 in the final round.
BY THE NUMBERS
Ohio State has competed in ten tournaments and one match play tournament this season, holding a 55-60-2 record versus its 2012-13 opponents. Sophomore Boo Timko currently leads the team in stroke average with a 73.44, while classmate Grant Weaver is close behind with a 74.16 average. Timko and Weaver each have a team-best five finishes in the Top 20, including a fifth-place finish for Timko in September.
The Buckeyes travel to the Big Ten Championships in French Lick, Ind., April 26-28.
