2011-12 (Senior Season): One of the Buckeyes' two senior leaders entering the season ... competed in all five events on the fall schedule compiling a stroke average of 74.2 over 13 rounds ... started off the season in style with his first individual victory of his college career at the Marshall Invitational (Sept. 12-13) ... he fired rounds of 69-70-65--204, while leading the Buckeyes to their first team victory of the season and second-straight victory at the tournament ... in the rain-shortened Inverness Intercollegiate (Sept. 27th) he finished T-17th ... shot rounds of 72-70-76--218 to finish tied for ninth at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational ... began the spring campaign by going 1-2 at the Big Ten Match Play Championship, helping the Buckeyes reach the semifinals ... Redfield continued his strong play from the fall at the Puerto Rico Classic (Feb. 19-21) and fired rounds of 74-70-71 for a 1-under total of 215 finishing T-11th ... in his next event - the FAU Spring break Championship (Mar. 23-25) - he fired rounds of 70-69-71 for a 3-under total of 210 and T-4th finish ... finished T-6th at the Wildcat Invitational (Apr.2-3) with a three round total of 225 ... returned home for his final Robert Kepler Intercollegiate (Apr. 14-15) at The Ohio State University Golf Club - Scarlet Course finishing T-19th with a 228 total ... came in tied for 42nd at the Big Ten Championship with a four round total of 312 ... concluded his Buckeye career with a 75.27 scoring average on the season.
2010-11 (Junior Season): Finished fifth in fall qualifying with a five-round total of 367 on Ohio State's Scarlet Course ... competed in eight events, including two as an individual ... concluded season with a 74.40 stroke average over 27 rounds ... posted career-bests for finish (T-7), 18-hole score (66), and 54-hole total (6-under 207) at the Marshall Invitational (Sept. 13-14) ... tied for 41st at the Olympia Fields/Fighting Illini Invitational (Sept. 17-19) ... tied for 47th place at the Windon Memorial Classic (Sept. 26-27) ... closed out the fall schedule with a 46th place finish at the 2010 Jack Nicklaus Invitational (Oct. 11-12) ... tied for 33rd as an individual at the FAU Spring Break Championship (March 25-27) ... tied for 58th at the Illini Spring Classic (April 26-17) ... tied for 27th as an individual at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate ... ended the season at the Big Ten Championships (April 29-May 1) with a 28th-place tie ... carded a 222 (+6) at the 2011 NCAA Championships and finished tied for 32nd place.
2009-10 (Sophomore Season): Competed in four events, including three as an individual ... had a stroke average of 76.17 over 12 rounds ... first event of the year was the Gordin-Myers Collegiate Classic (Oct. 5-6) where he finished tied for 33rd as an individual ... tied for 32nd place at the Memphis Intercollegiate (Oct. 19-20) ... in the spring he took part in the FAU Spring Break Championship (March 24-26) ... best finish of the year came at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate (April 10-11) where he placed 11th as an individual with a 5-over 218 ... also shot a season-best round of 70 in the second round of the Kepler.
2008-09 (Freshman Season): Competed in three events, two as an individual ... had a stroke average of 80.38 in his eight rounds ... first college tournament was at the General Jim Hackler Championship, where he placed 77th with a total of 252 on the TPC of Myrtle Beach (March 8-9) ... played in both Ohio State-hosted events as an individual ... carded a season-low round of 74 in the second round of the Buckeye Quad Meet (April 4) ... posted his best finish of the season at the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate where he tied for 56th with a total of 238 (April 11-12).
Prior to Ohio State: Graduate of Bishop Watterson High School ... first team All-CCL all four years of high school ... was a part of Watterson's state championship team his freshman year, finished tied for 21st individually ... won the state junior championship in the summer of 2006 ... first-team all-district as a senior, second-team as a sophomore and third-team as a freshman ... four-year letterwinner.
