Summer 2009: Received a sponsor exemption to play in the Nationwide Tour's Nationwide Children's Hospital Invitational held annually on Ohio State's own Scarlet Course (July 30-Aug. 2) ... made the cut by a stroke after birdying the final hole of his second round ... finished 61st at the NCHI with rounds of 70-72-77-71 ... won the 69th Monroe Invitational in Pittsford, N.Y., defeating teammate Brad Wright by stroke ... started in the day in fourth but shot a final round 69 to take the title (70-71-67-69).

2008-09 (Sophomore Season): One of three Buckeyes to play all 37 rounds of the season ... score counted toward team total in all but one round ... led Ohio State with a 72.59 stroke average, almost a stroke better than the next golfer ... had eight rounds under par, including two in the 60s ... led the team with seven rounds of even-par ... had eight top-10 finishes with four in the top 5 ... was Ohio State's top finisher in nine events ... opened the fall season by placing fourth at 3-under (70-69-74-213) at the William H. Tucker Invitational (Sept. 26-27) ... followed by tying for eighth at 2-over when the Buckeyes won the rain-shortened 36-hole Memphis Intercollegiate (Oct. 6-7) ... began the spring schedule with an eighth-place finish at the Rio Pinar Invitational (Feb. 23-24) ... earned Big Ten Golfer of the Week after the Rio Pinar Feb. 25 with rounds of 72-70-73-215 (-1) ... followed with his season-best finish of a tie for third at the General Jim Hackler Championship (March 8-9) ... fired three-consecutive rounds of 73 at the event on the TPC of Myrtle Beach and earned his second-consecutive Big Ten Golfer of the Week award March 11 ... posted his third-consecutive top-10 finish when he tied for fourth at the FAU Spring Break Championship (March 27-29) ... opened the tournament with a season-low 68 and added two rounds of 72 to finish 1-under 212 ... led the field in the Buckeye Quad Meet with 71-70 on the Scarlet Course (April 4) ... concluded the regular season by tying for fourth at the shortened 36-hole Aggie Invitational (70-71-142) ... for the second-consecutive season, led the Buckeyes at the Big Ten Championships (May 1-3) ... carded rounds of 72-72-71-74 on Penn State's Blue Course to take eighth place ... also led the team at the NCAA Central Regional in Bowling Green, Ky. (May 14-16) ... recorded scores of 71-73-72 to tie for seventh place and finish even-par on The Club at Olde Stone ... had a tough tournament at the NCAA championships with rounds of 77-75-77 to tie for 120th at the Inverness Club in Toledo (May 26-28) ... won the team's Jack Nicklaus Low Fall Qualifier Award for the second-consecutive season with a stroke average of 69.3, the third-lowest in over 30 years of the award.

2007-08 (Freshman Season): One of only two Buckeyes to play all 34 rounds of the season ... fired five rounds in the 60s, including a season-low 67 twice ... totaled nine rounds under par ... best finish was fifth at the SSC Pacific Invitational (Nov.5-7) and tied for fifth at the Marshall Invitational (April 4-5) ... carded rounds of 69-68-67 to finish 12-under at the Pacific Invitational .... score counted in 31 of 34 rounds played ... had a stroke average of 73.4 to rank third on the team ... in his first collegiate tournament, led Ohio State with an even-par 216 to tie for ninth ... had four top-10 finishes, including tied for 10th at the Big Ten Championships (April 25-27) ... won the team's Jack Nicklaus Low Fall Qualifying award with a stroke average of 70.1 ... just the sixth Buckeye to win the award in his first season since it was founded in 1973.
