Fever, Fireworks among Football Festivities Saturday
Special band performance to include fireworks show, Archie Griffin to sign autographs pregame
With the help of head coach Jim Tressel’s attire during his weekly press luncheon, word on “Scarlet Fever” has spread as the fight with the Nittany Lions for first place in the Big Ten grows closer.
All Buckeye fans attending the game Saturday are encouraged to wear Scarlet.
As the game approaches, more and more fan-friendly activities have been announced for the 2008 Homecoming date (http://homecoming.osu.edu/).
- As part of a special performance by the Ohio State University Marching Band, a fireworks display will enhance the halftime show. Fans should be advised of the added noise elements that will accompany the fireworks show.

To go along with its “Evolution of the Game” SI will hand out 35,000 copies of a collector’s edition issue of “Game Breakers” that features Griffin on the cover.
