COLUMBUS, Ohio - Corey Brown, from Upper Darby, Pa. (just outside of Philadelphia), has been named to the Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club, the creator and sponsor of the award that annually honors the nation's best wide receiver.

Brown, a criminology major, enters his junior campaign with the Buckeyes with 22 career receptions for 310 yards and two touchdowns. He leads all wide receivers on the team in career catches and yards.

Last season, Brown tied for the team lead with 14 receptions for 205 yards and one touchdown. He had games of three receptions for 61 yards vs. Nebraska, a career-high four catches (for 34 yards) vs. Wisconsin and he had two receptions for a career-high 76 yards, including a 54-yard touchdown, vs. Michigan.

Biletnikoff Award semifinalists will be named Nov. 12 with three finalists declared Nov. 19. The winner of the award will be announced live on Dec. 6 on the Home Depot College Football Awards Show to be broadcast from 7:30-9:30 p.m. on ESPN.
