COLUMBUS, Ohio - Mickey Marotti, assistant athletic director for football sports performance, and his staff will conduct a one-day speed, strength and conditioning clinic for high school coaches and college students studying strength training (or are interested in a career in the field). The clinic will run Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Cost is $50 for coaches and $25 for college students.
"We feel as if we have the outstanding and most effective strength and conditioning program in the country," Marotti said, "and we also feel we have the finest facilities in the country. We are really looking forward to helping high school coaches and students studying strength and conditioning and teaching them the Buckeye way of improving in the weight room for maximum performance on the field."
Registration is at 9 a.m. with sessions running from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

|2-3 p.m.||Carlo Alvarez: St. Xavier H.S.'s strength training program|
