Vince Oghobaase is in his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Buckeyes. He joined the Ohio State staff in 2013 and he will work with the team's defensive linemen, under the direction of coach Larry Johnson, for a second season.
A native of Houston, Texas, Oghobaase was a four-year letterman, a team captain and a two-time honorable mention all-ACC performer at Duke University between 2006-09. He played in 44 games and is among the school's all-time leaders in sacks (14.0) and tackles for loss (36.5).
Oghobaase graduated from Duke in 2010 (sociology) and signed a free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins. He also spent time on the Washington Redskins' practice squad. He was a member of the Duke graduate assistant staff in 2011. He is working on his master's degree in sports administration at Ohio State.
