Ohio State Overview: Ron Tanner is in his third season with the Ohio State program ... he lettered last year as a red-shirt freshman after playing in 11 games and participating on 58 special teams plays ... he was credited with two solo tackles on the season ... he was a member of the 2011 recruiting class and he red-shirted the 2011 season as an Ohio State true freshman.
