Ohio State Overview: J.T. Moore is a fifth-year senior and a two-year letterwinner for the Buckeyes ... he has played in 31 games, including playing in all 14 games during the 2013 season ... he has been battling through some knee issues this summer and the possibility exists that he may not be able to continue playing ... Moore is majoring in family resource management and expects to graduate this December.
2013 Season: A valuable special team's performer, Moore was in on 216 plays in 2013 for an average of just over 15 plays per game ... he converted to tight end before the start of the 2013 season ... he had a total of 22 plays from scrimmage as a tight end, including 16 vs. Florida A&M.
2012-11-10 Seasons: Prior to his switch to tight end, Moore had played in 17 games as a defensive lineman, including starting four times in 2011: vs. Toledo, Miami, Illinois and Indiana ... he recorded 10 career tackles, including eight solo stops, and had a personal best with three tackles vs. Akron, his first collegiate game ... he red-shirted the 2010 season as a true freshman.
