Career Overview: Marcus Hall battled in the trenches in 46 games for the Buckeyes between 2010 and 2013 ... he started 31 games, and he was a part of a four-man quartet of offensive linemen seniors that collectively was the heart and soul of the 2013 Buckeyes ... started 25 times as a junior and senior, during which time Ohio State set a school-record winning streak of 24 consecutive games ... graduated in May 2014 with his degree in African American and African studies.

Senior Season: Marcus was a fifth-year senior who started 13 of 14 games in 2013 and was named honorable mention all-Big Ten Conference ... helped power the Buckeyes to a national ranking of fifth in rushing (308.6 yards per game) while shattering school records for points scored (637), touchdowns (87) and touchdown passes (38) ... the offense also scored the third-most rushing touchdowns in school history (45) ... additionally, Ohio State averaged an all-time program high 6.8 yards per carry and the offense was fourth nationally in red zone pct. (60 of 63; .952) ... Ohio State's running backs lost yards only 10 times all season, and the offense was tied for the national lead this season with 147 rushes of 10-or-more yards and with 42 rushes of greater than 20 yards.

Junior Season: Marcus moved to right guard in the spring of 2012 and manned that position for 827 of the team's 837 offensive plays from scrimmage in 2012 while starting all 12 games ... his play, and the play of the offensive line, was a huge reason the Buckeyes went 12-0, won the Big Ten Conference Leaders Division, were ranked No. 3 in the nation and were the only undefeated team in the Football Bowl Subdivision ... Hall also helped the Buckeyes average 242.2 yards per game rushing (10th nationally), lead the Big Ten in scoring (37.1 ppg) and record a 34-year team high 37 rushing touchdowns.

Sophomore Season: Marcus returned from a red-shirt season in 2010 to start five games at right guard for the Buckeyes in 2011 ... played in 12 games. Freshman Season: Marcus played in nine games in 2009 and started once (vs. Iowa) as a true freshman in 2009.
