Ohio State Overview: Devin is among a handful of players coming out of spring drills who began to emerge as a go-to player in Coach Urban Meyer's Ohio State spread offense ... a terrific athlete, Devin played in all 13 games this past season as a true freshman receiver and then competed for the Ohio State track and field team around his winter football workouts and spring drill responsibilities ... on the gridiron, Devin was among a trio of receivers who led the Buckeyes in 2011 with 14 receptions, but he ranked first with 294 receiving yards and he was first among wide receivers with four touchdowns ... he had season highs of three receptions (vs. Akron and Colorado) and 67 receiving yards (vs. Toledo) ... scored two of his touchdowns in the win over Colorado ... also scored against Akron and he was on the receiving end of the highlight play of the year for the Buckeyes, calmly hauling in Braxton Miller's 40-yard aerial with 20 seconds left for a game-winning touchdown in the 33-29 win over a fine Wisconsin team ... returned four kickoffs for 86 yards and a 21.5 average ...
