Ohio State Overview: Cam Williams is a true junior and a two-time Varsity O letterwinner who has played in 24 games in his Buckeye career with one start ... he has gotten snaps on defense in 12 games and has played a total of 291 snaps as a Buckeye ... he enters his junior season with 18 career tackles ... Cam is a fine student-athlete and has earned OSU Scholar-Athlete honors twice and Academic All-Big Ten Conference honors once ... he is majoring in communications.

2013 Season: Williams played in all 14 games ... he made his first career start in place of the injured Curtis Grant at Illinois Nov. 16 and responded with a career-high 10 tackles, including four solo stops ... had 88 snaps on defense vs. the Illini ... made two tackles in the win over Michigan ... he recorded 15 tackles for the season and also had two pass break-ups.
