Ohio State Overview: Adam Homan is a four-year Ohio State letterwinner who spent five years with the program, including a red-shirt season in 2008 ... he was reserve fullback throughout his career who was used significantly - and a most valuable performer - on special teams ... he played in 43 games during his career, including 12 as a true freshman in 2009 and 13 in 2010 ... he missed three games early in the 2011 season with a knee issue, but came back from surgery to play in seven of the team's last eight games ... he also missed three games early in 2012, but again returned to play in all eight of the team's games ... at 6-3 and almost 250 pounds, Adam is used primarily as a blocker on offense, but he does have a couple of pass receptions, both coming against Purdue (for 11 total yards) in 2010.
