On whether Northwestern should make the NCAA tournament
“Yes. Number one they’re playing in one of the most incredible conferences I’ve ever seen. They’re very talented. I would hate to see us draw them on Selection Sunday.”

On the final play of the game
“You saw it. We wanted to see Aaron [Craft] push it. He had three reads, and I’m glad he chose option number one, cause that’s what it was.”

On the large rebounding difference
“I think the thing that’s a little bit misleading is that a lot of teams do that to Northwestern and don’t beat them. Look at the three-point shooting they had, and the way they take care of the basketball. But coming into the game, especially if they were in the 1-3-1, we could do a heck of a job on the glass.”

On combating Northwestern’s small lineup
“It’s tough. They make you make about seven or eight tough decisions on each possession and we didn’t do a great job making the best decisions and we gave up a lot of easy baskets.”
