COLUMBUS, Ohio – The May 5 baseball game between Ohio State and Northwestern has been pushed back because of President Obama’s visit to Columbus. The middle game of the three-game set, originally slated for 3:05 p.m., now will be played at 6:05 p.m. at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium.

The Buckeyes enter the week with a 24-20 overall record, sitting eighth in the Big Ten with an 8-10 conference ledger. The series against the Wildcats will be the final Big Ten home series for the Buckeyes, who face Seattle in a non-conference series May 11-13 and travel to Bloomington for a three-game set at Indiana May 17-19 to close the regular season.
